Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Advanced Technology Lab near Baltimore, MD is seeking an exceptionally talented Semiconductor RF Test Engineer for our ATL foundry. You will design, develop, and test RF solutions across GaN, GaAs, SiGe, and SiC while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on cutting‑edge programs.

Responsibilities include test software/hardware development, scheduling, data integrity, equipment calibration, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field required; Master’s or PhD preferred with related experience.
• Direct semiconductor RF test engineering experience and leadership of an engineering team.
• Software skills in C#, Python, C++ or Java; US Citizenship required; ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute RF test plans for multiple technologies (GaN, GaAs, SiGe, SiC).
• Document test requirements, schedules, and quality metrics; ensure data integrity.
• Develop software and hardware solutions; maintain test configuration control and calibration.
• Support procurement of test equipment and present findings to cross‑functional teams.
• Lead cross‑functional collaborations and contribute to program success.
