Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Lead Production Engineer at its Bedford, MA site to sustain safe, efficient, high-quality manufacturing processes and to lead continuous improvement initiatives. You will drive safety, yield, throughput, cost and process capability improvements through data-driven analysis and problem-solving.

• BS or MS in Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong leadership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Sustain manufacturing processes for safe, efficient, high-quality production.
• Drive improvements in safety, yield, throughput, cost, and process capability.
• Support equipment troubleshooting and provide hands-on guidance to remedy issues.
• Support growth through capacity equipment and process qualifications.
• Own product quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, from incoming materials to finished goods.
• Maintain process controls, risk management tools, and quality systems, including SPC, FMEAs, and Control Plans.
• Lead root cause investigations for manufacturing and quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Supplier Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D teams.
• Develop process documentation, work instructions, and operator training programs.
