Job summary

Entegris in Bedford, MA seeks a Production Engineer to sustain and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring safety, efficiency and high quality. You will lead data-driven improvements, support equipment troubleshooting, and drive capacity qualifications across cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to document processes while partnering with Operations, Quality, Maintenance and R&D to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing environment, preferably semiconductor industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and accountability in work.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and document technical data.

Responsibilities

• Sustain manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Drive improvements in safety, yield, throughput, cost, and process capability through data-driven analysis and CI.
• Support equipment troubleshooting with guidance and hands-on assistance.
• Support growth through capacity equipment and process qualifications.
• Develop process documentation, work instructions and operator training.
