Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to lead safety, Lean, and manufacturing excellence on the Bedford floor. You will drive OEE, optimize labor and material use, and deploy scalable processes across production, with a hands‑on approach on the shop floor.

The role focuses on SAP/MES optimization, capacity planning, and continuous improvement to meet current operations and future growth, collaborating with cross‑functional teams for measurable gains.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Industrial Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in semiconductor or precision materials.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, including structured troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and Lean initiatives to eliminate waste and improve process flow.
• Drive OEE improvements, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Optimize SAP data, RCCP models, and production scheduling for efficiency.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, quality and supply chain.
• Lead digital transformation and transition from paper to electronic systems.
