Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Continuous Improvement in Decatur, TX, to drive process optimization and yield improvements. You will lead cross‑functional projects, apply SPC methods, and manage cost‑saving initiatives across operations, quality and product management.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 8+ years in process or lead engineering, and PMP/Lean Six Sigma credentials. Travel is <10% with a focus on delivering measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a process engineering or lead engineering role.
• Proven track record in cost savings projects and project management.
• Experience with SPC and yield monitoring systems.
• Willing to travel but less than 10%.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
• PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead process improvement projects to reduce variation and waste.
• Optimize chemical purification processes to improve yield and efficiency.
• Develop and implement a yield monitoring program to detect losses and variations.
• Drive cost savings by analyzing processes and implementing improvements.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets with detailed reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, product management, and facilities to implement improvements.
• Utilize SPC and data analysis to monitor performance and report findings.
