Job summary

Raytheon Vision Systems in Goleta, CA is seeking a Principal Senior Semiconductor Product Engineer to translate customer EOIR requirements into viable product solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, analyze semiconductor device test data, and manage multiple projects to meet schedule, budget, and specifications.

Successful candidates will have a STEM degree, 5+ years of related experience, and experience in wafer processing and project management. U.S.

Typically requires STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with semiconductor technology and wafer processing.
Experience in product and/or project/program management.
U.S. Citizenship is required to access information.

Responsibilities

Translate customer requirements for EOIR systems into viable product solutions.
Address complex problems to improve processes and designs through extensive conceptualization, reasoning, and interpretation.
Conduct data analysis to evaluate the testing and performance of semiconductor devices.
Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet technical specifications.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including internal mission partners, external customers, and vendors.
Lead a cross functional integrated product team (IPT) to meet or exceed customer requirements
