Raytheon Vision Systems in Goleta, CA is seeking a Principal Process Engineer with a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing or thin film deposition. You will lead process development, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee tooling ownership across vacuum coating, etch, and lithography systems.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in semiconductor/optics environments, a STEM degree, and hands-on experience with lithography, deposition, and metrology.

Formación

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Semiconductor, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering in Optics or Microelectronics environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process development and improvement projects for novel processing techniques and yield improvements.
• Review WIP materials, certify operators, and disposition out-of-flow materials; hands-on processing of novel detector designs.
• Provide Process Ownership of vacuum coating, etch, or lithography tools; develop equipment procurement qualification plans.
