Job summary

Raytheon Vision Systems in Goleta, CA is seeking a Principal Semiconductor Product Engineer to translate customer requirements for EOIR systems into viable product solutions. You will address complex problems, apply research and industry best practices, and oversee multiple projects to meet technical specifications.

The role requires a STEM degree with 8+ years of experience in semiconductor technology, product or program management, and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with semiconductor technology and wafer processing.
Experience in product and/or project/program management.
U.S. citizenship is required for access to program materials.

Responsibilities

Translate customer EOIR requirements into viable product solutions.
Address complex problems to improve processes and designs using research and best practices.
Conduct data analysis to evaluate semiconductor device testing and performance.
Oversee multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery within budget and specs.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with internal partners, customers and vendors.
Lead a cross-functional IPT to meet or exceed customer requirements.
