Job summary

Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) Goleta, CA is seeking a Semiconductor Product Engineer to develop SCAs using HgCdTe and related detector technologies. The role involves wafer processing, detector design, process development, manufacture and test at the Goleta fabrication facility.

You will work with a multi‑discipline team to meet engineering requirements, manage risks, and develop products that support national security needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Semiconductor Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering product management and/or Wafer Processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead small cross‑functional teams with IPT Leads/Program Managers to define requirements, manage risks and meet schedules and budgets.
• Operate with limited supervision to achieve technical, financial, and schedule targets for projects.
• Prepare technical justification reports and present to Engineering and Program Review Boards.
