Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Principal Senior Semiconductor Product Engineer to translate customer EOIR system requirements into viable semiconductor solutions. You will oversee multiple projects and lead a cross-functional IPT to meet technical specs.

You will conduct data analysis on semiconductor device testing, build stakeholder relationships, and drive innovative design and manufacturing improvements within the vision systems division.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with semiconductor technology and wafer processing.
• Experience in product and/or project/program management.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements for EOIR systems into viable product solutions.
• Address complex problems to improve existing processes and designs through conceptualization, reasoning, and interpretation.
• Utilize research and industry best practices to deliver innovative and unique solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to evaluate testing and performance of semiconductor devices.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and specs.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including internal mission partners, external customers and vendors.
• Lead a cross functional IPT to meet or exceed customer requirements.
