Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced professional to lead Self-Perform Operations (SPO) on complex projects. You will supervise trades, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site.

You will develop and implement SPO work plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with project leaders to optimize production and labor utilization across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of self-perform work, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read contracts, drawings, specs, and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, forecast, lead, direct, and coordinate SPO staff, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee implementation of planned work for safety, schedule, quality, and production.
• Develop and manage jobsite safety programs with EH&S team.
• Create JHAs with Forepersons for daily pre-task planning.
• Develop and implement SPO work schedules and integrate into the main schedule.
• Monitor quantities, progress, and supplier deliveries; adjust staffing as needed.
