Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-performance project teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Provide leadership to foster diversity and inclusion for all staff.
• Develop and manage client relationships and maintain trusted advisor status.
• Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements.
• Oversee master schedule development and distribution to trades and suppliers.
• Manage budget and financial reporting; interpret reports for budget adherence.
• Ensure timely submission of pay applications and change orders.
• Collaborate with accounting on invoices and payments; review subcontracts and POs.
