You will lead teams assembling enclosures, panels, racks, and CCTV equipment, while documenting parts, serials, and assets and performing final QA/QC checks. The role requires reading drawings, routing and terminating cables, and mentoring junior technicians. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 6+ years of experience.
• Military mechanical, electrical, electronics training.
• Graduation from electronics program or electrical apprenticeship or 2 additional years of related installation/maintenance.
• 6+ years of mechanical, electrical, electronic installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams on small to complex assembly projects.
• Verify parts and equipment are available for tasks.
• Read and interpret drawings/blueprints for tasks.
• Route, terminate, and test control and data cables.
• Perform final QA/QC checks on completed products.
• Mentor subordinates and coordinate project schedules.
