Job summary

The Building Supervisor at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. leads daily security operations for a data center building, ensuring strict adherence to site procedures and coordinating post coverage and staffing.

This on-site role reports to the Campus Supervisor and serves as the on-duty authority across shifts. The position oversees 15–20+ officers, manages schedules, conducts post checks, handles incidents, and maintains client-facing professionalism while meeting safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Valid CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.
• Experience supervising 15+ security officers in a security or public safety setting.
• Ability to manage a multi-shift team in a high-security, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Quip, Chime, Slack and Microsoft Forms.
• Experience in data center environments or large construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations for the assigned building, including perimeter and internal posts.
• Directly supervise 15–20+ officers, providing coaching and performance management.
• Manage schedules, handle call-offs and fill open shifts to maintain coverage.
• Report to Campus Supervisor and Account Manager; document incidents and shifts.
• Conduct post checks, audits, and maintain compliance with site procedures.
