Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Campus Security Manager to lead physical security across multiple datacenter facilities.

You will supervise site managers, field training officers, and security staff while partnering with regional leadership to deliver safe, compliant operations. You will recruit, train, and develop teams, drive safety, manage audits, and communicate program status to clients and executives.

Qualifications

• At least four years in the security industry with four years in a management role.
• Associate degree in Security Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in a datacenter environment preferred.
• CPP or PSP security certifications are preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~10% and occasional nights/weekends.
• Legal right to work in the United States and proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage physical security operations across multiple critical infrastructure facilities.
• Develop and coach site security personnel; support recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Monitor site health, KPIs, and conduct audits; drive improvements and operational effectiveness.
• Engage with clients and leadership; maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Split time across assigned sites to maintain operational awareness and improve the security program.
