Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Building Supervisor to lead the security team for a data center site. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with site procedures, and coordinate post coverage across shifts.

This role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to step into any post when needed. The position includes supervising 15–20+ officers, coordinating schedules, and reporting to the Campus Supervisor.

Qualifications

• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required.
• Proven experience supervising a crew or group in security/public safety.
• Ability to manage a multi-shift team in a high-security environment.
• Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Quip, Chime, Slack, and Microsoft Forms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making under pressure.
• Familiarity with data center environments or large construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations for the assigned building, covering both perimeter and internal posts.
• Directly supervise 15–20+ security officers, providing coaching and performance management.
• Manage daily schedules, address call-offs, no-shows, and fill open shifts.
• Communicate schedule updates to Campus Supervisor and Account Manager.
• Conduct regular post checks and audits to ensure compliance with procedures.
