Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Building Supervisor for a data center site in Fredericksburg, PA. The role leads daily security operations, ensures adherence to site procedures, and coordinates post execution across all posts, reporting to the Campus Supervisor.

You will supervise 15–20+ officers, manage schedules, handle incidents, and uphold professional conduct with clients and contractors. CPR/First Aid/AED certification is required or obtainable; strong communication and tools

Qualifications

• Valid CPR, First Aid, and AED certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience supervising 15–20+ security officers in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multi-shift teams at a data center or high-security site.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Quip, Chime, Slack, and Microsoft Forms.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with client procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations for the building, including perimeter and internal posts.
• Directly supervise 15–20+ officers, providing coaching and performance management.
• Manage daily schedules, call-offs, and fill open shifts.
• Communicate schedule updates to Campus Supervisor and Account Manager.
• Conduct post checks and audits to ensure site compliance.
• Submit end-of-shift reports and incident documentation.
• Respond to alarm activations and incidents per protocol.
• Administer corrective actions up to written warnings and termination tickets.
• Ensure officers meet compliance standards and site expectations.
• Remain flexible to cover shifts across the site.
• Report safety incidents and liaise with HR as needed.
• Ensure officers understand emergency procedures and PPE.
• Maintain professional client interactions and uphold service standards.
• Foster relationships with client contacts and SMEs.
