Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Lead Security Operations Officer to oversee daily security functions, manage access control, and respond to incidents across the Sunnyvale campus. You will supervise security staff, ensure safety of employees and assets, and coordinate with vendors for system maintenance.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in security, a HS diploma or GED, and relevant certifications. This role requires strong communication, judgment under pressure, and a customer‑service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Security, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in security, loss prevention, law enforcement, military, or related field.
• Licenses/certifications as listed are preferred (Texas DPS Level II, LPQ, BLS/CPR).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and guide security personnel.
• Manage access control, screenings, and visitor logs.
• Monitor CCTV and electronic access systems for incidents.
• Coordinate with vendors for security system maintenance and improvements.
• Lead emergency response, evacuations, and drills.
• Conduct audits, investigations, and loss prevention efforts.
• Train officers on procedures and provide performance feedback.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain logs for audits.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees and visitors on security matters.
