Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Security Officer for 2nd shift (2pm–10pm) to protect personnel, assets, and facilities. The role requires vigilance, strong observation, and quick, professional action in security situations, with a customer‑service mindset.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in physical security, a High School Diploma or GED, and experience with CCTV, access control, and alarms. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Training and planning for emergencies are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Experience in physical security or related field.
• CPR and First Aid certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control facility access using ID checks and logs.
• Conduct patrols and respond to security incidents per established protocols.
• Maintain incident logs and communicate with security management and law enforcement as needed.
• Provide professional customer service while enforcing security policies and procedures.
