Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Lead, Security & Loss Prevention for 2nd shift in Sunnyvale, TX. You will oversee daily security operations, access control, incident response, and loss prevention programs to safeguard employees and assets.

The role requires strong leadership, communications, and collaboration with internal teams and external responders. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in security, a Texas DPS Level II license, and certifications in CPR/BLS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2–3 years security experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Security, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and access control.
• Respond to alarms/incidents and support emergency procedures.
• Assist loss prevention investigations and documentation.
• Train and mentor security officers; enforce company policies.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain logs for audits.
• Serve as a liaison with employees, contractors, and visitors on security matters.
