Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a dedicated Security Officer for 3rd shift (10pm–6am) in Sunnyvale, TX. You will protect personnel and assets by enforcing policies, monitoring access, and responding to incidents with a proactive security presence.

Occasional rotation to other shifts may be required to cover PTO or peak periods. The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and teamwork while maintaining vigilance and safety across facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; further degree in Criminal Justice or Security preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in physical security, law enforcement, or related field preferred.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control facility access by verifying IDs and visitor logs.
• Conduct security screenings and bag checks as required.
• Enforce security policies and respond to incidents per protocol.
• Monitor CCTV and alarms; patrol premises for safety.
• Assist with evacuations and crowd control; de-escalate conflicts.
