Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles in Sunnyvale, TX, is seeking a Lead Security Operations Officer for the 2nd shift (2pm–10pm, Monday–Friday). The role oversees daily security functions, guides officers, and protects employees, visitors, and assets, with emphasis on access control, patrols, incident response, and loss prevention.

You will lead training, report incidents, coordinate with leadership and emergency responders, and ensure policy compliance while maintaining a customer-service oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Security, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years in security, loss prevention, law enforcement, military, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control facility access by verifying IDs and logs.
• Operate and monitor CCTV and electronic access systems.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies per protocol.
• Support evacuations and emergency drills; ensure preparedness.
• Conduct routine audits and inspections for loss prevention.
• Train officers on procedures and provide feedback.
• Prepare incident reports and coordinate with leadership and responders.
