Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years in physical security or related field preferred.
• Experience operating CCTV, access control, and alarms is a plus.
• Strong observational skills and detail orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control facility access by verifying IDs and logs.
• Conduct screenings, bag checks, and access control procedures.
• Enforce security policies and site protocols.
• Oversee CCTV, alarms, and other security systems for threats.
• Patrol premises on foot and by vehicle; respond to incidents.
• Assist evacuations and emergency response per protocols.
• De-escalate conflicts professionally and maintain order.
• Prepare reports and logs of incidents and observations.
