Datavant is seeking a Sr Product Security Architect to shape the security posture across our healthcare data platform. You will lead secure architecture reviews and collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into practical controls.

You will own threat modeling, drive risk-based decisions, and guide remediation strategies in a fast-paced health-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with secure architecture across the SDLC.
• 6+ years in architectural and threat modeling roles.
• 6+ years applying regulatory standards (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, FedRamp).
• Proficiency with AI tooling to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review projects with secure code reviews and risk feedback to development teams.
• Own and conduct security/threat model reviews and provide architecture guidance.
• Lead new security projects and drive cross-team collaboration for success.
• Support quarterly planning with prioritization of security requests and controls.
• Document security processes to enable faster, clearer delivery.
