Qualifications

• PhD or MS with shown experience in biodistribution and gene expression studies for gene therapy.
• Hands-on experience with nucleic acid extraction from tissues and biofluids.
• Expertise with ddPCR/qPCR/RT-qPCR and regulatory documentation support.

Responsibilities

• Biodistribution Strategy and Study Support: Define plans for tissue collection and analytical strategies for biodistribution, persistence, and transgene expression.
• Assay Development and Execution: Develop and troubleshoot molecular assays to quantify vectors and transgene expression.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze biodistribution data to inform program decisions and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure reliable assay execution and data quality.
• Present results to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in genetic medicine.
