Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns work to the team and oversees completion of tasks.
• Trains and guides staff on duties, food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions.
• Maintains clean and well-organized work stations and condiments areas.
• Demonstrates integrity, dependability, and punctuality.
• Ensures professional appearance and excellent guest service.
• Follows food safety requirements/guidelines.
• Assists in daily paperwork, ordering and related tasks.
• Supports leadership with other tasks as needed.
