Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe certification; training available for PIC designation.
• 2+ years of professional food service experience, preferably in school nutrition.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team with reliability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead meal prep and service to meet nutrition and portion guidelines.
• Oversee daily ordering, receiving, and storage of food and supplies.
• Organize staff, cleaning duties, and ensure food safety compliance.
• Manage hot and cold serving lines, beverages, and deposits accuracy.
• Deliver meals to classrooms, staff, or events as needed.
