Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Ability to communicate oral and written instructions clearly.
• Able to read/understand technical cleaning instructions.
• Must be capable of attaining a low-pressure boiler license when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned areas.
• Perform yard work as assigned.
• Work with other custodial staff to maintain facilities and grounds.
• Handle cleaning tasks (windows, floors, restrooms, classrooms, gym) and related duties.
• Maintain gutters, downspouts and drains to keep them functioning.
• Assist cafeteria staff in maintaining a sanitary facility.
• Operate and maintain custodial equipment related to cleaning duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Custodial Supervisor.
