Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch following USDA guidelines.
• Prepare scratch and speed scratch entrees and breakfast items.
• Ensure timely service and proper reheating of meals.
• Use standardized recipes and controlled portions.
• Direct the site assistant and maintain an efficient team.
• Oversee meal service as server or cashier as needed.
• Maintain inventory, orders, and monthly counts.
• Ensure proper food storage and sanitation.
• Record production numbers and meal counts for compliance.
• Communicate effectively with diverse staff and stakeholders.
