Qualifications

• Knowledge of HACCP and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meal preparation and service.
• Instruct and supervise kitchen staff.
• Prepare food following recipes.

• Daily inspection of refrigeration and hot food equipment.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment at scale.
