Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals following district requirements.
• Ensure student helpers and staff follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Develop and post work schedules and diagrams for serving area.
• Maintain records including meal counts, payroll, inventory and reports.
• Train, supervise and evaluate staff and student workers.
