Cortica is seeking a Lead Behavior Technician – School Based Support to provide direct behavior-analytic services to students with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences in school settings. The role also supervises School Behavior Technicians and supports performance management and coaching.

You will travel between school sites, implement BIPs and skill acquisition programs aligned with IEPs, collaborate with BCBAs and educators, collect data, and help ensure compliance and high-quality

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience leading and managing direct reports.
• 1+ years of experience providing ABA services in school or clinical settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct behavior-analytic services to students in school settings.
• Lead and mentor School Behavior Technicians and supervise BTs.
• Implement and monitor BIPs and skill acquisition programs aligned with IEPs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and school teams to integrate strategies.
• Travel between school sites in the designated service area.
