Cortica - Neurodevelopmental in Glendale, CA is seeking a Full-time Lead Behavior Technician (School-Based) to oversee direct ABA services and supervise School Behavior Technicians. You will mentor staff, ensure data accuracy, and align interventions with IEPs and district guidelines.

Responsibilities include program implementation, training, travel between sites, and maintaining compliance and safety standards while fostering a neurodiversity-affirming approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience leading direct reports.
• 1+ years of ABA services in school or clinical settings.
• Ability to obtain required safety training within 30 days.
• BCBA or RBT credential within 30 days where district requires.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services to students in school settings.
• Lead and supervise School Behavior Technicians and mentoring BTs.
• Coordinate data collection, review progress, and support training.
• Travel between school sites to ensure continuity of services.
• Ensure compliance with safety, district, and privacy standards.
