Job summary

Cortica seeks a Lead Behavior Technician Administrator to supervise behavior technicians and provide direct ABA services to autistic children and others with neurodevelopmental differences. The role supports a transdisciplinary team across home, clinic, school, and community settings.

The position requires leadership skills, clinical supervision, and strong documentation practices in EMR and MS Office, with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year(s) of experience leading direct reports.
• 2+ years of experience delivering ABA services to children/adolescents.
• RBT or BCAT credential (or ability to obtain BCAT within 90 days).
• Safety training certification within 90 days of employment.
• Reliable transportation and 30–45 minute travel to client locations.
• First aid/CPR certification, or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative supervision of behavior technicians (BTs) including performance management and scheduling.
• Manage BT time off, callouts, and attendance in collaboration with scheduling.
• Ensure compliance training and documentation across the site with LBTs and CES.
• Document and report on BT performance and clinical feedback with supervisory colleagues.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and reporting.
