Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead the School Age program and guide a dedicated team in delivering a safe, engaging daily experience for children at our site. You will work under the School Age Director to create an inviting environment and support families with active involvement.

You will design activities, supervise staff, and foster a culture of care, respect, and responsibility while ensuring program compliance with regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of age.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional early mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging activities for children.
• Be a positive and encouraging leader for Assistant Leaders and Group Leaders.
• Help your team stay organized, motivated, and prepared for daily operations.
• Build relationships with children and families to boost enrollment and community
• Keep the program compliant with YMCA policies and safety guidelines
• Maintain and organize children’s files and related records.
