Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• 1-2+ years of experience in education/youth programs; supervisory or leadership experience required.
• CPR/First Aid certified or ability to obtain within first 60 days of hire.
• Satisfactory background check completed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and program activities.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Think Together policies and funding requirements.
• Train and supervise staff; manage records, attendance data, and program quality.
