Job summary

  • Current certification in CPR and First Aid.

  • Develop, plan, and implement daily activities and curriculum that align with developmental goals and organizational standards.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by enforcing health, safety, and emergency procedures consistently.
  • Maintain accurate records related to attendance, incidents, and program activities, and prepare reports as required.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on their children's progress and address any concerns.
  • Coordinate with school officials and community partners to enhance program resources and opportunities. Manage site budget and resources efficiently to support program needs and organizational goals.

About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with school-age children in a childcare or educational setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a childcare or youth program environment.
