Paul Mitchell The School Sacramento is seeking a Lead Admissions Sales Representative to drive student enrollment growth and guide future beauty professionals toward career success. This full-time role combines consultative sales, leadership, and mentorship of the admissions team.

You will consult with prospective students, conduct interviews, and lead the enrollment process from inquiry to enrollment while exceeding individual goals and supporting the team.

Qualificações

• Experience in admissions or sales in an education/beauty school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interview skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team to meet enrollment goals.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with prospective students about Cosmetology and Esthetics programs.
• Conduct admissions interviews in person, by phone, and virtually.
• Build relationships and guide applicants through the enrollment process.
• Manage and nurture leads with consistent follow-up to meet targets.
• Support and motivate Admissions Advisors to achieve weekly/monthly goals.
• Monitor admissions metrics and contribute to overall enrollment growth.
• Deliver an exceptional student experience from inquiry through enrollment.

Becoming our Lead School Admissions Sales Representative

As the Lead Admissions Representative, you will play a critical role in achieving enrollment goals while supporting and guiding the admissions team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Consult with prospective students regarding our Cosmetology and Esthetics programs
• Conduct admissions interviews in person, by phone, and virtually
• Build relationships and guide prospective students through the enrollment process
• Manage and nurture leads through consistent follow-up
• Meet and exceed individual enrollment goals
• Support, coach, and motivate Admissions Advisors to achieve weekly and monthly performance targets
• Monitor admissions metrics and contribute to overall enrollment growth
• Deliver an exceptional student experience from inquiry through enrollment

The schedule:

You’ll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule with one evening per week until 7 PM.
