Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Scheduling Manager to lead schedule planning for hyperscale data center projects across the United States. You will manage master schedules, govern scheduling standards, and mentor a team of schedulers while delivering executive-level insights.

The ideal candidate has extensive Primavera P6 expertise, a background in large capital construction, and strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of project scheduling experience on large-scale construction, EPC, or data center projects.
• 3+ years leading schedulers, planners, or project controls teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or related field.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and integrated master schedule development.
• Ability to automate work tasks and improve processes.
• Experience managing schedules through engineering, procurement, construction, and turnover.
• Strong CPM/critical path, forecasting, trend analysis, and recovery skills.
• Ability to implement schedule governance and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project scheduling and planning activities for a portfolio of large-scale data center projects.
• Develop and govern integrated master schedules and scheduling standards.
• Oversee a team of schedulers and provide executive-level reporting.
• Collaborate with PM, construction, controls, engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams.
• Identify risks, forecast impacts, and drive mitigation across multiple projects.
• Present schedule metrics and insights to leadership and clients.
