Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Scheduler to own the integrated Master Schedule for data center and mission-critical facilities from preconstruction through turnover. You will partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Owner Representatives to ensure precise sequencing of aggressive long‑lead MEP procurement and complex IST phases.

The role requires 3–7+ years in construction scheduling, 2–3 years in hyperscale/data center projects, and expert Primavera P6 to develop schedules,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of construction scheduling experience with 2–3 years in hyperscale data centers or similar.
• Expert Primavera P6; strong MS Project, Excel, and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
• Deep understanding of logic ties, constraints, resource loading, EVMS, and reading drawings.
• Excellent collaboration and ability to present critical path logic to field and executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CPM schedules (Levels 1-4) using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Map complex data center sequences across shell, MEP, substations, fiber, and IST phases.
• Lead schedule update meetings, pull planning, and variance analyses against baselines.
• Perform what-if scenario planning and develop schedule recovery plans.
• Review and integrate subcontractor schedules into the master program.
• Generate executive narratives, KPIs, and dashboards via Power BI/Excel/Tableau.
• Support Time Impact Analyses for change orders and delay claims.
