Job summary

The Project Manager III will serve as the central contact for scheduling, oversee high-demand spaces such as auditorium and Moon/Mars environments, supervise scheduling staff, and align scheduling with Institute priorities while ensuring policy compliance and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Defines scheduling priorities, workflows, and policies to support efficient and equitable use of Institute facilities.
• Manages scheduling portfolios across multiple spaces within the facility, aligning with Institute priorities and operational needs.
• Coordinates and leads scheduling discussions with staff, tenants, faculty, and external partners.
• Oversees booking and utilization of high-demand spaces, including auditorium, Moon/Mars environments, and conference areas.
• Resolves complex scheduling conflicts requiring judgment, prioritization, and negotiation.
• Establishes and enforces scheduling standards, service expectations, and facility usage policies.
• Ensures consistency, accuracy, and reliability of scheduling processes and systems.
