Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Defines scheduling priorities, workflows, and policies to support efficient and equitable use of Institute facilities.
• Coordinates scheduling needs for high-demand spaces and aligns with operational priorities.
• Supervises scheduling staff and delegates tasks to ensure timely service delivery.
• Leads coordination with tenants, faculty, staff, and external partners for tours, events, and programs.
• Ensures scheduling records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
