Job summary

Samaritan is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate Certified Home Health Aide visits and manage scheduling for a range of patients in South Jersey. The role requires 2-3 years of scheduling experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of scheduling experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule CHHA visits to ensure timely personal care services.
• Receive and process requests for HHA services and frequency changes from nursing staff and admission reports.
• Review daily admissions and coordinate aide assignments for new patients.
• Document HHA assignments and scheduling updates in the EMR.
• Notify hospice teams when CHHAs are assigned and communicate scheduling changes.
