Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferable in home health.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic software.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors courteously and professionally.
• Answer incoming calls from patients, staff, referrals, and route as needed.
• Share patient information with staff to ensure high quality care.
• Assign clinicians based on patient needs, location, and clinician skills.
• Provide general admin support and maintain office supplies.
• Assist clinical manager with managing patient schedules per frequencies and regulations.
