Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Scaffold Leadman in Pasadena, TX to supervise scaffold construction, maintenance and dismantling. You will determine scaffold type, oversee erection, and ensure safe operations at heights in accordance with OSHA and site rules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffold construction, maintenance, and dismantling per project requirements.
• Assess site to determine scaffold type and installation approach.
• Oversee transport and erection of tubular scaffolding.
• Hoist materials to elevate scaffolds safely.
• Secure and level scaffold components for stability.
• Attach scaffold to structures for added stability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/site rules and Austin Industrial policies.
• Supervise dismantling and inspect stowed scaffolding.
• Perform final scaffold inspection.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
