Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. (ACT) is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Satellite Structures to lead complex composite manufacturing projects from planning through delivery. You will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into hardware.

This hands-on role emphasizes manufacturing process ownership, problem-solving, and program leadership in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and every program presents a new challenge.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of advanced fiber-reinforced and/or aluminum honeycomb composites and related manufacturing methods.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and contribute immediately upon hire.
• U.S. Person per ITAR requirements (US Citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex composite manufacturing projects from planning through delivery, managing schedules and resources.
• Drive programs from planning through production and final delivery meeting customer, technical, schedule, quality, and budget requirements.
• Serve as a key technical and program interface with customers with regular communication and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and improve processes.
• Coordinate across design engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, tooling, and materials for program execution.
• Apply engineering judgment to identify risks, solve problems, and propose practical solutions.
• Support design for manufacturability, prototype fabrication, testing, and process development.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, repeatability, quality, and overall program performance.
