We design and manufacture system-level thermal solutions, partnering with customers for over 20 years across aerospace, defense, medical, industrial, and government R&D sectors.

Our technologies support mission-critical applications ranging from spacecraft thermal management to precise temperature control in surgical environments, operating across extreme conditions from -150°C to 1,100°C.

As a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Satellite Structures, you will lead projects from planning through delivery, partnering with customers, engineering teams, and production personnel to ensure successful program execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables for composite manufacturing programs.
• Drive program execution while ensuring alignment with customer requirements, quality standards, and project goals.
• Serve as a primary customer contact, providing regular communication and project updates.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, tooling, and materials teams to support program success.
• Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles and support prototype fabrication and testing activities as needed.
• Develop practical solutions to manufacturing and production challenges.
