Job summary

Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. (ACT) is seeking a Space Systems Senior Engineer to own and develop spacecraft hardware across the lifecycle, from concept through flight hardware.

You’ll work on diverse programs with NASA and commercial space clients, solving multidisciplinary problems and delivering manufacturable hardware. The role involves design, analysis, CAD and prototype testing, with collaboration across a multidisciplinary team and direct customer interface.

Qualifications

• B.S. or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Proficiency with CAD (SolidWorks) and FEA tools.
• Experience with heat transfer equipment design.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial product design including innovative concept generation.
• Perform thermal analyses and basic structural assessments.
• Develop CAD models and review manufacturing drawings.
• Fabrication procedures and travelers; work with engineers and technicians.
• Manage program schedules and budgets; communicate with customers.
