Juniper in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Satellite Structures to lead composite manufacturing programs. The role involves managing resources, budgets, and schedules while ensuring alignment with customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, experience with aerospace systems, and strong knowledge of thermal management concepts. The company offers a competitive compensation package, including a profit-sharing bonus.

Qualificações

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with advanced fiber-reinforced composites and/or aluminum honeycomb structures.
• Strong experience with Aerospace/Satellite systems along with Thermal Management concepts.
• Hands-on experience with prototype hardware fabrication, testing, and DFM systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage schedules, resources, and budgets for composite manufacturing programs.
• Drive program execution ensuring alignment with customer requirements and quality standards.
• Serve as primary customer contact and provide project updates.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, tooling, and materials teams.
• Apply Design for Manufacturability principles and support testing activities.
• Develop solutions to manufacturing challenges.
