Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years working directly within engineering teams.
• 3+ years designing or architecting scalable systems.
• 8+ years leading the development of multi-tier web services.
• 10+ years leading large-scale, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of engineering practices for the full software/hardware/networks life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Hire and support top talent to meet team goals.
• Define and drive the multi-year vision for the team.
• Oversee resource allocation to meet business and staff development goals.
• Participate in strategic planning to achieve technical and business goals.
